Co- Founder
Matthew Williams
Matt started dancing at the age of 6 and began studying RAD Syllabus at the Teresita Marsden School of Dance. At 18 Matt was accepted into the prestigious Central School of Ballet in London. Continuing with his RAD studies alongside a degree in Classical Ballet Matt completed his 3 years of training with a 1st class honours degree in Dance and Dance Performance and his RAD Advanced 2 certificate. In his final year at Central, Matt toured the country with Ballet Central performing in works by Christopher Bruce, Will Tuckett and Frederick Ashton.
Matt began his professional career with a UK tour of Matthew Bourne’s Nutcracker!He then accepted a soloist contract with Ballet Hagen in Germany.
In Germany Matt danced roles created by Ricardo Fernando, Nils Christie and Hugo Viera amongst others. Alongside this Matt got involved in several youth projects in the community creating opportunities for young people of all backgrounds to get involved in dancing. This included the award winning Closing The Gap project, a series of performances involving professional dancers and disabled children.
Matt is a level 3 certified in Personal Training.

Hayley Macri
Hayley trained along side Tanya Pearson at the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). She received Distinction in RAD Advanced 2 qualifying her as a finalist for the RAD International Genee competition. Hayley also trained at the Heinz-Bosl Stiftung Munich, Germany. Whilst studying, Hayley performed with the English National Ballet, dancing Swan Lake in the Royal Albert Hall.
Hayley went on to start her first contract with the Main Franken Theatre Würzburg, then went on to the Deutsche Oper am Rhein in Düsseldorf. Throughout Hayley's career, she has worked with choreographers such as Youri Vamos, Matz Ek, Hans Van Manen, Jiri Kylian, Nils Christe, Ricardo Fernando and Anna Vita. Hayley has also danced a range of roles as a group dancer and a soloist in The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Romeo & Juliet, Giselle, Firebird and Sleeping Beauty.
Hayley then continued her education with a Professional Dancers Teachers Diploma at the world-renowned Royal Academy of Dance and qualified with her Registered Teachers Status.
Hayley is a level 2 qualified in Fitness.
